Esther Nyamekye is a dynamic businesswoman who has never backed away from a challenge. Born in Ivory Coast in West Africa, Esther moved to the United States at the age of 14. Being the third child of six, Esther and her siblings enrolled in school in the US speaking only French. Quickly Esther learned to speak English and was inspired by the many academic opportunities the US school system had to offer. With an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, Esther became an insatiable reader reading every book she could get her hands on. Esther graduated from high school with highest honors and was a member of the National Honor Society, French Honor Society, Douglas County youth leadership, and Who is Who Among America High School Students and received many scholarships offers to pursue higher education.
After high school, Esther went to college studying in the healthcare field while she worked full time. Many companies noticed her keen business acumen and tenacious nature as she rose up in the ranks to management very rapidly. At this time she met the love of her life; her husband Abel, and soon after they were married. During her pregnancy with her first son Jonathan, Esther had complications and had to put her schooling on hold and was unable to work outside of her home.
Esther heard about Arise through a friend in 2012 two months after delivering her second son David. Currently, unemployed Esther wanted an opportunity that would make it possible to be a stay at home mom and be able to help provide for her family. Skeptical at first because she had been scammed in the past by a work at home company; Esther researched Arise and decided to take a leap of faith and joined an IBO to learn more about the opportunity Arise had to offer. After three months working under the IBO, Esther decided to form her own company and devising a business plan to become a large IBO. Always dreaming of being her own boss; Esther had worked for several network marketing businesses but never actual ran her own business. She was motivated by bigger IBO’s in the Arise network and wanted to be like them. With a strong marketing background, she knew acquiring CSP’s will not be a challenge even though she had never owned her own business. With these things in mind Krystal Communications Services, LLC was born.
After many failed attempts to grow her business working with people who did not share the vision she had for her company; Esther decided to go outside her comfort zone and seek other resources. Through this, she met Sheryl. She shared Esther’s vision and excitement about work from home. Together the two put in place a great support team with over 100 years of experience in the recruiting industry to assist in building KCS.
What drove Esther and the rest of her team is that they are putting America back to work and making a difference in their community. KCS partners with many military associations and focuses on recruiting veterans and their spouses, retirees and students as well. Within the first month of the launch of her new company, KCS had over 1000 candidates apply to their website. In the three months following, KCS had over 300 CSP’s partnered with their IBO.
Becoming an IBO changed Esther’s life. Esther works for herself and loves what she does. Her virtual Call Center has helped her provide for her family and given her the chance to return back to college to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Business that has been on hold for a few years now. Esther knows the sky is the limit for the growth of her IBO. She plans on growing her business and sharing her vision of helping her community become self-sufficient and profitable one CSP at a time and mentoring those who want to follow in her footsteps as a virtual call center business owner.
